HOBBY BOXING
Our Club's Hobby boxing training is based on Olympic boxing, and its goal is mediated by the values of the sport (endurance, courage, patience) as well as the continuous development of the fighters both physically and mentally.
In trainings fighting is optional, so you can attend classes without a broken nose.
In these trainings we aim to build stamina and establish fitness. In addition, the goal is to master the technique (footwork, basic kicks, combinations, defense, punch-defense exercises). We recommend the sessions to hobbyists and, of course, to anyone who would like to release stress and knock-off a few pounds.
Complete beginners are also welcome to these classes!
