My name is Gergely Csibi. I’ve been involved in combat sports for 17 years and am currently an active professional MMA fighter. I hold national titles in several disciplines, including K1, kickboxing, grappling, and sambo. In my classes, I primarily teach boxing-style movements, catering to everyone from complete beginners to competitors, regardless of age.
What my training can help with:
- weight loss
- building lean muscle
- improving fitness
- developing strength and endurance
- mastering boxing techniques
- simply relieving stress
Another important point I’d like to emphasize is that I always tailor the workout to each person’s fitness level, so there’s absolutely no need to be afraid of trying a class.
The key is to just come down and do it! :) I look forward to seeing everyone!
